Q: I know you will plan a trip, but do you book the hotels and airplane and everything too?
A: Great Question! Yes we are trip planners, so we will find out from you what type of trip you want to experience and we will plan it. When you approve the plan, we will book it. We will ensure all of the details are handled as far as ensuring that you have a room or apartment booked throughout your stay, airplanes, trains and tours will be booked by us after you approve the purchase. We will also make sure that you are aware of what types of transportation will work best for the area you are in or visiting if/when you decide to venture out on your own.
Q: How much does it cost to have a trip planned and booked and is the planning separate from the booking?
A: Planning and booking go together for Greet the Globe. The fee is a flat fee which means that it won’t change or increase. The fee is for the amount of time and research dedicated to ensure that you get the trip you are looking for. The average fee is $150 which will cover the cost of planning and booking a trip for up to 5 people for up to 9 days abroad. The fee only varies based on the amount of people we are planning the trip for and the period of time to be spent on the trip. So, unless you plan on taking a large group of people for a month long trip, you will most likely be charged $150.00 for our services. You will also be informed of the amount prior to planning and it will not be changed unless the time or amount of people going increases.
